By agreeing to take part in the CDA and Mayor's Academy Careers and Enterprise Day Event we aim to expand your visibility within the local community. We sincerely hope this event will be a productive experience for your organisation.
To assist with this, we have provided you with some guidelines during the event and post-event activities.
Timings:
Employer / Providers Arrivals: 10 am – 10 30 am
Event timings: 11 am – 2 pm
Drinks reception: 2pm – 2.30 pm (optional)
Please note there will be no parking on the day

The venue will only provide a table so ensure you have your company marketing materials prepared such as leaflets, pull-up banners, and adverts. and anything you will need for the day.

Arrive between 10 am - 10.30 am to be set up for an 11 am start.
On arrival, a member of our team will meet you at reception, we will have your organisation assigned to a table and x2 chairs (Please let us know if you need more chairs). If you require further assistance once you have arrived to set up please do not hesitate to speak with a floating member of the team.
Please ensure all equipment you bring is fully charged. However, our volunteers will be on hand to support you to get power.

Refreshments will be available on the day
We have a professional photographer on site who will be taking photos, and CDA's marketing team will be on-site to support any social media-related activities including live tweets.
Please note that we are expecting Cllr Nasim Ali OBE – Mayor of Camden and Chief Executive of King’s Cross Brunswick Neighbourhood Association and Councillor for LB Camden.
He is expected to arrive at 11. 45 am. He will be touring the event hall until 12.00 pm.
The overall expectation is that he will come over to your stall to say a few words as he makes his way through the event hall.
