We’re a mix of heritage, culture, and creativity. Our streets are steeped in history and filled with life. Where ideas meet action
Central District Alliance Business Improvement District leads economic development and profile building for our business community by being their collective voice. CDA has been able to be a voice for businesses, through our engagement with Mayor Sadiq Khan, Central Government, Local Authorities, Transport for London, charities, and external stakeholders.
For example, CDA has provided hospitality and retail venues the opportunity to express their concerns and how they have adapted and will continue to do so during COVID-19.
There are many challenges our businesses and London as a whole will have to navigate, with a combined effort from both the public and private sectors, we can and surely must shape the sort of recovery we want to see.
Central District Alliance produces great resources for our members including monthly footfall reporting, podcasts, and interviews. The BID is continuously updating our website with information about topics that are important to our businesses.
Our monthly footfall reporting is split between Holborn and Clerkenwell. This is so member businesses can see the footfall for their particular area.
If members wish for bespoke information such as transport, business churn, and vacancy rate data, please get in touch with one of our team members at info@centraldistrictalliance.com
