Notice of Annual General meeting

Tues 12 October 2021, 11:30am – 12:30pm

The Central District Alliance Ltd (CDA) invites its members and stakeholders to this year's Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Tuesday 12 October 2021.

CDA previously Beelondon ltd is the Business Improvement District representing businesses in Holborn, Bloomsbury and St Giles in London Borough of Camden and Farringdon and Clerkenwell in London Borough of Islington.

This year our AGM will be a hybrid event with the opportunity for members to attend in person or dial in via Zoom.

The following resolutions will be presented at the AGM for a formal vote by members

Resolution 1- Receipt of Annual Report and Accounts 2021

Resolution 2- Reappointment of existing directors to March 2023

Special Resolution 3- Adoption of new Articles of Association of the Company

Copies of accounts, annual report and articles of association can be obtained ahead of the meeting by contacting info@centraldistrictalliance.com

The board will also provide an overview of activity from the past year and plans for the year ahead. The AGM is your opportunity to hear from the BID and there will also be a Q&A session.

Further details will be sent to attendees 24 hours before the AGM to their registered email address. Registration for the AGM will close at 5pm on Friday 8 October 2021. If you are interested in attending in person we have a one-person per business limit.
