This Brexit Webinar Series will take place over three consecutive Mondays in March starting on 15 March, focusing on key themes on the day; People, Trade and Data. Participants are welcome to put their questions to our experts.

This session will cover trading in goods and services with the EU post-Brexit. In particular, this session will cover:

• how the new UK/EU border will operate;
• the requirements that need to be met by businesses in order to benefit from tariff-free trade with the EU;
• other barriers to trade that businesses need to be aware of; and
• the implications of Brexit on providing services to the EU.

In this session we’ll look at how businesses can navigate their way through the complex – and sometimes risky – waters of data protection compliance.  Subject access requests, international transfers of data, cookies, fines…we can discuss all of these, and more.

This session will provide an overview of the changes Brexit has made to the UK’s immigration landscape.  With a focus on the available options for employers to hire foreign nationals for roles in the UK, it will provide insight on the implications the end of free movement has on UK workforces and the key features of the new immigration rules for work-sponsored visas.
