Central District Alliance attended London Real Estate Forum 2021

Central District Alliance was proud to sponsor the London Real Estate Forum this year.

After the tumultuous last 18months it was great to meet, discuss, and learn from colleagues across the real estate industry at the Barbican Centre in London.

CDA Chair Alexander Jan took part in a session on Day 2 of the Main Stage around 'What's Next for City Centres?'. There was a lively discussion based around the tenants on what we can expect our cities to be as we move on from this pandemic. The discussion asked some pertinent questions like What does the future of city centres post-pandemic look like? And what policies should be put in place to guarantee the best sustainable and economic outcomes for city centres across the UK?

Our Chief Executive Debbie Akehurst attended a roundtable with industry experts workshopping around ‘Creating Jobs Opportunities and developing local skills’.

Ruth Duston, Primera MD, was on the Future streets and public spaces panel which explored our evolving relationship with our streets and public spaces.

Whilst this LREF was different than the previous it is a testament to the organisers for running such a smooth and seamless event. We look forward to working in the future with LREF and colleagues to make next year an even greater success.
