Your Future Talent

Whilst the economy continues to recover post-pandemic, at CDA we recognise that the struggle is not yet over for the hospitality industry. 

As part of our commitment to support businesses within the district, we are offering a package of support to assist with upskilling and recruiting in hospitality. 

Your Future Talent is a collection of projects that help recruit, train and upskill staff. The various programmes on offer support new job seekers throughout the interview and employment process, provide skills, training & advice, create access routes into local apprenticeship schemes and aim to simplify the recruitment process for hospitality businesses.
