AGM & Business Plan 2025-2030 launch

Central District Alliance Ltd (CDA) Business Improvement District (BID) invites its members and stakeholders to this year’s Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Thursday 17th October 2024, from 3.30pm – 4.30pm at The Museum of the Order of St John, St John’s Gate, 26 St John’s Ln, EC1M 4DA.

The AGM will be followed by drinks and canapes, from 4.30pm – 7pm, as we launch our new Business Plan for the upcoming 2025-2030 term.

CDA is the Business Improvement District (BID) representing businesses in the London Borough of Camden’s Holborn, Bloomsbury and St Giles and in the London Borough of Islington’s and Farringdon and Clerkenwell.

Copies of accounts, annual report and articles of association can be obtained ahead of the meeting by contacting info@centraldistrictalliance.com

The Board will also provide an overview of activity from the past year and plans for the year ahead. The AGM is your opportunity to hear from the BID and there will also be a Q&A session.

Further details will be sent to attendees 24-hours before the AGM to their registered email address. Registration for the AGM will close at 5pm on Monday 14th October 2024. If you are interested in attending in person, we have a one-person per-business limit.
